1. Services

YD Commercial Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and specialized properties in Adelaide. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, window cleaning, and emergency cleaning response.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours. Changes to scheduled services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted based on property size, cleaning type, and specific requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. A 10% deposit may be required for large contracts.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

5. Liability & Property Damage

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our team will exercise reasonable care with your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects. In case of accidental damage during cleaning, we will notify you immediately and our insurance will cover reasonable repairs up to policy limits.

6. Property Access

You must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned. If access is unavailable or unsafe, we may reschedule your service. You are responsible for securing and removing valuables before cleaning.

7. Cleaning Products & Safety

We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please notify us in advance. We are not responsible for reactions to standard cleaning products unless you have provided prior notice of allergies or sensitivities.

8. Security & Confidentiality

All our team members undergo background checks. We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and property details. Team members are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning quality, please notify us within 7 days and we will re-clean affected areas at no additional charge.

10. Disputes & Resolution

In case of disputes, we will attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as per Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. Legal Compliance

These terms are governed by South Australian law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
